While Braden was fulfilling his commitment to work, I went up to Montana to see the family and my 8.5-month pregnant sister. It was wonderful to be on the Glory B Ranch and create new memories. Unfortunately, my camera battery was dead and I had no way to recharge it, so I selected a couple of photos from last summer’s visit. Please note that I had some technical difficulties uploading the photos in the correct order and placement – there is just not enough time in the day with no job and no commitments…
The first photo shows Logan and Piper sitting at Dad’s vet clinic waiting for the Good ol’ Days parade. This was just after we rocked the Buffalo Run - taking home three blue ribbons! The second shot is an action shot of a competitor and his owner the Good ol’ Days Dog Race sponsored by the clinic (note little Lucie in the crowd at upper left).
The next series of photos were taken while we all went golfing. The first is Dad showing us how to golf with skill; the second is Logan looking for her ball when there is no skill. The last photo is Mom and Lucie driving the golf cart.
As for the current trip, we are leaving Salt Lake tomorrow to go do some desert climbing in New Mexico, Arizona and California.

Pops & The New Truck

Looking Sharp! - Is that DETONATOR YELLOW?

CANYONING WITH MO

CANYONEERING 101 WITH YOUR RETIRED MOTHER- Aimlessly wondering the desert, scrambling, rappelling for the first time, jumping potholes, rappelling though potholes, and surviving a dust storm. NICE WORK MOM!

Hit the Road!

The Pig in all her glory! Our new home for the next year, look for us on the road or just follow the paint chips.

Ouch!

Braden and I are officially ignoring all of our rational thoughts and are beginning a sabbatical from 'real life' to travel the world. The first step to ensure safe travels was to get the gamut of shots and medications to protect us from the very scary diseases that we may encounter.
